Here is my first treasury I have created: winterwonderland - with intems created by the Etsy German Street Team. Enjoy!

Das Wetter is gerade sehr wechselhaft und das schlägt mir arg aufs Gemüt...;-(( Da gibt es eigentlich nur eine Möglichkeit mich aufuheitern: Inpirationen!!!
Ich habe um erstem Mal eine Treasury auf Etsy zusammengestellt, winterwonderland mit Artikeln die vom Etsy German Street Team gemacht wurden! Erfreut Euch daran!

Harvest

it is getting cold outside, especially at night, and I did not want to have frozen Chillies, so I had to bring in my harvest. I think this will be the last one for this year!
Jetzt wirds langsam ganz schön kalt drausen, besonders nachts, und ich wollte keine gefrorenen Chillies haben. Also lieber alle schnell noch abgeerntet und rein gebracht....;-)) Ich denke das wars dann für dieses Jahr mit dem ernten!

I am preparing for an exhibition, that will start tomorrow. This is really exhiting and I have been working all week to get things together to make it beautiful! Those little stands are for earrings and I think they look really cool when grouped together!

Ich bin dabei eine Ausstellung vor zu bereiten, die morgen eröffnet wird. Es ist alles ganz schön aufregend und ich arbeite schon die ganze Woche daran und alles zu einem guten Konzepz zu sammen zu stellen. Diese kleinen Ständer sind für Ohrringe und ich finde sie sehen sehr interesant aus, wenn sie so beisammen stehen...;-)

If anyone of you is near, I invite you to come over and have a drink. The exhibition will be opened on Saturday, 16th October from 4 till 8. It will take place in the wirkStadt Knielingen. Hope to see you there....;-)

back home again

....I am back home again. I enjoyed the last weekend so much!!! Meeting Sandra McCaw and all the girls was pure delight....;-)) But now I am very tired, to say the least! But there will be not time to rest ... new projects are waiting for me! But I will not keep some picture of my workshop projects in the box for any longer...;-))

Ich bin wieder zu Hause. Das Wochenende war einfach großartig!! Sandra McCaw kennen zu lernen und alle Freundinnen (neu und alt) wieder zu treffen war einfach die reine Freude. Aber trotzdem bin ich jetzt einfach fertig! Aber es ist momentan einfach kein Zeit zum Ausruhen. Die nächsten Projekte wareten schon und es geht weiter seinen Gang. Aber natürlich möchte ich Euch nicht ein paar Fotos von meinen Workshop Projekten vorenthalten:

This is an ATC I made in Laurie Mikas workshop. This was right up my alley and I will sure be using more of these techniques in future!

Diese ATC hab ich in Laurie Mikas workshop gemacht. Genau nach meinem Geschmack und ich werde sicher noch öffter von diesen Techniken Gebrauch machen.

The faux batique technik Lisa Pavelka showed in her workshop is just stunning! I have a couple of more pieces, but they still need to be finished first!

Die Faux Batik Technik, die uns Lisa Pavelka gezeigt hat ist großartig! Ich habe noch einige andere Stücke angefangen, aber die zeige ich erst wenn sie fertig sind...;-)

Denise Peck was our wire work teacher and I learned a lot! Everything is still very simple and a bit wacky, but I am working on it! I am especially proud that I managed to make the silver earings in the bottom left corner. It took me quite a while to get the rings closed. But I LOVE working with fire...;-))

Denise Peck war unsere wire work Leherin und ich habe wirklich viel gelernt! Alle meine Stücke sind noch sehr einfach und ein bisschen krumm und schief, aber ich werde dran arbeiten! Besonders stolz bin ich auf die Silber-Ohrringe unten links. Ich hab da wirklich ganz schön lange gebraucht die Ringe zu schließen. Aber mit Feuer zu arbeiten ist einfach genial....;-))

This is my new Diva Ring!!! Made in Ronna Sarvas Weltman´s workshop. This must be one of the first rings that I am really happy with! I just love her aproche to jewelry!

Das ist mein neuer Diva Ring. Den habe ich in Ronna Sarvas Weltmans workshop gemacht. Ich glaube, das ist so ziemlich der erste Ring mit dem ich wirklich glücklich bin. Ich liebe Ihre Art Schmuck zu entwickeln!

...and from last weekend: my McCaw Canes!!!! The best canes I ever made!! They took me a really long time, but it was completly worth it! Sandra opened up a new world for me. Thank you so much, dear!

Und vom letzten Wochenende: mein McCaw Canes!!!! Ich denke das sind die besten Canes, die ich jemals gemacht habe. Es hat schon ganz schön lange gedauert, sie zu konstruieren, aber das war es echt wert! Sandra hat mit die Tür zu einer neuen Welt aufgestoßen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, liebe Sandra!

...and finally the brooch I made in Sandra´s Workshop. Again, I still need some more practice, but for a first try I am very happy with the result!

Und schließlich die Brosche, die ich in Sandras workshop gemacht habe. Auch hier brauch ich noch ein bisschen Übung, aber für einen Erstling kann sich das Ergebnis durchaus sehen lassen!!!

..... just some short peeps. The workshop in France was terrific!!! I learned such a lot and met the most wonderful teachers, old friends and made new friends. I got not enough sleep for various reasons and when I came home I was just wasted!

...nur mal kurz melden...;-) Der Workshop in Frankreich war superspitzen Klasse! Ich habe sooo viel gelernt und durfte mit den absolut besten Lehrerinnen arbeiten. Ich habe alte Freunde wieder getroffen und neue kennen gelernt. Aber leider hab ich aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht genug Schlaf abbekommen. ich war einfach nur noch fertig, als ich wieder zu Hause war!
